Brief details of each tool in the list appear on the following slides, and include a quote from a voter as well as the change from their position on the 2014 list. 1 - Twitter Twitter is seen as a prime place for professional networking, for news and updates, and for use as a backchannel in conferences and for real-time chats using hashtags.
